اللّٰهُ الَّذِىۡ يُرۡسِلُ الرِّيٰحَ فَتُثِيۡرُ سَحَابًا فَيَبۡسُطُهٗ فِىۡ السَّمَآءِ كَيۡفَ يَشَآءُ وَيَجۡعَلُهٗ كِسَفًا فَتَرَى الۡوَدۡقَ يَخۡرُجُ مِنۡ خِلٰلِهٖۚ فَاِذَاۤ اَصَابَ بِهٖ مَنۡ يَّشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهٖۤ اِذَا هُمۡ يَسۡتَبۡشِرُوۡنَۚ
Word By Word —
اَللّٰهُ
al-lahuAllahاللہ
الَّذِىۡ
alladhī(is) the One Whoوہ ذات ہے جو
يُرۡسِلُ
yur'silusendsبھیجتا ہے
الرِّيٰحَ
l-riyāḥathe windsہواؤں کو
فَتُثِيۡرُ
fatuthīruso they raiseتو وہ اٹھاتی ہیں
سَحَابًا
saḥāban(the) cloudsبادل
فَيَبۡسُطُهٗ
fayabsuṭuhuthen He spreads themپھر وہ پھیلا دیتا ہے اس کو
فِى
fīinمیں
السَّمَآءِ
l-samāithe skyآسمان
كَيۡفَ
kayfahowجس طرح
يَشَآءُ
yashāuHe willsوہ چاہتا ہے
وَيَجۡعَلُهٗ
wayajʿaluhuand He makes themاور وہ کردیتا ہے ان کو
كِسَفًا
kisafanfragmentsٹکڑیوں میں
فَتَرَى
fatarāso you seeپھر تم دیکھتے ہو
الۡوَدۡقَ
l-wadqathe rainبارش کو
يَخۡرُجُ
yakhrujucoming forthنکلتی ہے
مِنۡ
minfromسے
خِلٰلِهٖۚ
khilālihitheir midstاس کے اندر
فَاِذَاۤ
fa-idhāThen whenپھر جب
اَصَابَ
aṣābaHe causes it to fall onوہ پہنچاتا ہے
بِهٖ
bihi**He causes it to fall onاس کو
مَنۡ
manwhomجسے
يَّشَآءُ
yashāuHe willsوہ چاہتا ہے
مِنۡ
minofمیں سے
عِبَادِهٖۤ
ʿibādihiHis slavesاپنے بندوں
اِذَا
idhābeholdتب
هُمۡ
humTheyوہ
يَسۡتَبۡشِرُوۡنَۚ
yastabshirūnarejoiceوہ خوش ہوجاتے ہیں
Allahu allathee yursilu arriyahafatutheeru sahaban fayabsutuhu fee assama-ikayfa yashao wayajAAaluhu kisafan fatara alwadqayakhruju min khilalihi fa-itha asaba bihiman yashao min AAibadihi itha humyastabshiroon
