وَاَمَّا مَنۡۢ بَخِلَ وَاسۡتَغۡنٰىۙ‏ 

وَاَمَّا

wa-ammā

But as for

اور رہا وہ

مَنۡۢ

man

(him) who

جس نے

بَخِلَ

bakhila

withholds

بخل کیا

وَاسۡتَغۡنٰىۙ‏

wa-is'taghnā

and considers himself free from need

اور بےپروائی برتی

Waamma man bakhila wastaghna
