يَسۡـَٔـلُوۡنَكَ عَنِ الۡاَهِلَّةِؕ قُلۡ هِىَ مَوَاقِيۡتُ لِلنَّاسِ وَالۡحَجِّ ؕ وَلَيۡسَ الۡبِرُّ بِاَنۡ تَاۡتُوۡا الۡبُيُوۡتَ مِنۡ ظُهُوۡرِهَا وَلٰـكِنَّ الۡبِرَّ مَنِ اتَّقٰىۚ وَاۡتُوۡا الۡبُيُوۡتَ مِنۡ اَبۡوَابِهَا وَاتَّقُوۡا اللّٰهَ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تُفۡلِحُوۡنَ
— Transliteration
Yas-aloonaka AAani al-ahillati qul hiya mawaqeetulinnasi walhajji walaysa albirrubi-an ta/too albuyoota min thuhooriha walakinnaalbirra mani ittaqa wa/too albuyoota min abwabihawattaqoo Allaha laAAallakum tuflihoon

(اے حبیب!) لوگ آپ سے نئے چاندوں کے بارے میں دریافت کرتے ہیں، فرما دیں: یہ لوگوں کے لئے اور ماہِ حج (کے تعیّن) کے لئے وقت کی علامتیں ہیں، اور یہ کوئی نیکی نہیں کہ تم (حالتِ احرام میں) گھروں میں ان کی پشت کی طرف سے آؤ بلکہ نیکی تو (ایسی الٹی رسموں کی بجائے) پرہیزگاری اختیار کرنا ہے، اور تم گھروں میں ان کے دروازوں سے آیا کرو، اور اﷲ سے ڈرتے رہو تاکہ تم فلاح پاؤ

They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the new moons. Say, "They are measurements of time for the people and for Hajj." And it is not righteousness to enter houses from the back, but righteousness is [in] one who fears Allah. And enter houses from their doors. And fear Allah that you may succeed.

وَالۡمُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ وَالۡمُؤۡمِنٰتُ بَعۡضُهُمۡ اَوۡلِيَآءُ بَعۡضٍۘ يَاۡمُرُوۡنَ بِالۡمَعۡرُوۡفِ وَيَنۡهَوۡنَ عَنِ الۡمُنۡكَرِ وَيُقِيۡمُوۡنَ الصَّلٰوةَ وَيُؤۡتُوۡنَ الزَّكٰوةَ وَيُطِيۡعُوۡنَ اللّٰهَ وَرَسُوۡلَهٗؕ اُولٰۤٮِٕكَ سَيَرۡحَمُهُمُ اللّٰهُؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَزِيۡزٌ حَكِيۡمٌ
— Transliteration
Walmu/minoona walmu/minatubaAAduhum awliyao baAAdin ya/muroona bilmaAAroofiwayanhawna AAani almunkari wayuqeemoona assalatawayu/toona azzakata wayuteeAAoona Allahawarasoolahu ola-ika sayarhamuhumu Allahuinna Allaha AAazeezun hakeem

اور اہلِ ایمان مرد اور اہلِ ایمان عورتیں ایک دوسرے کے رفیق و مددگار ہیں۔ وہ اچھی باتوں کا حکم دیتے ہیں اور بری باتوں سے روکتے ہیں اور نماز قائم رکھتے ہیں اور زکوٰۃ ادا کرتے ہیں اور اللہ اور اس کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی اطاعت بجا لاتے ہیں، ان ہی لوگوں پر اللہ عنقریب رحم فرمائے گا، بیشک اللہ بڑا غالب بڑی حکمت والا ہے

The believing men and believing women are allies of one another. They enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and establish prayer and give zakah and obey Allah and His Messenger. Those - Allah will have mercy upon them. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.
وَعَدَ اللّٰهُ الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ وَالۡمُؤۡمِنٰتِ جَنّٰتٍ تَجۡرِىۡ مِنۡ تَحۡتِهَا الۡاَنۡهٰرُ خٰلِدِيۡنَ فِيۡهَا وَمَسٰكِنَ طَيِّبَةً فِىۡ جَنّٰتِ عَدۡنٍؕ وَرِضۡوَانٌ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ اَكۡبَرُؕ ذٰلِكَ هُوَ الۡفَوۡزُ الۡعَظِيۡمُ
— Transliteration
WaAAada Allahu almu/mineena walmu/minatijannatin tajree min tahtiha al-anharukhalideena feeha wamasakina tayyibatanfee jannati AAadnin waridwanun mina Allahiakbaru thalika huwa alfawzu alAAatheem

اللہ نے مومن مردوں اور مومن عورتوں سے جنتوں کا وعدہ فرما لیا ہے جن کے نیچے سے نہریں بہہ رہی ہیں، وہ ان میں ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہیں اور ایسے پاکیزہ مکانات کا بھی (وعدہ فرمایا ہے) جوجنت کے خاص مقام پر سدا بہار باغات میں ہیں، اور (پھر) اللہ کی رضا اور خوشنودی (ان سب نعمتوں سے) بڑھ کر ہے (جو بڑے اجر کے طور پر نصیب ہوگی)، یہی زبردست کامیابی ہے

Allah has promised the believing men and believing women gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally, and pleasant dwellings in gardens of perpetual residence; but approval from Allah is greater. It is that which is the great attainment.

Huwa allathee jaAAala ashshamsadiyaan walqamara nooran waqaddarahu manazilalitaAAlamoo AAadada assineena walhisabama khalaqa Allahu thalika illa bilhaqqiyufassilu al-ayati liqawmin yaAAlamoon

وہی ہے جس نے سورج کو روشنی (کا منبع) بنایا اور چاند کو (اس سے) روشن (کیا) اور اس کے لئے (کم و بیش دکھائی دینے کی) منزلیں مقرر کیں تاکہ تم برسوں کا شمار اور (اوقات کا) حساب معلوم کر سکو، اور اللہ نے یہ (سب کچھ) نہیں پیدا فرمایا مگر درست تدبیر کے ساتھ، وہ (ان کائناتی حقیقتوں کے ذریعے اپنی خالقیت، وحدانیت اور قدرت کی) نشانیاں ان لوگوں کے لئے تفصیل سے واضح فرماتا ہے جو علم رکھتے ہیں

It is He who made the sun a shining light and the moon a derived light and determined for it phases - that you may know the number of years and account [of time]. Allah has not created this except in truth. He details the signs for a people who know
