ثُمَّ كُلِىۡ مِنۡ كُلِّ الثَّمَرٰتِ فَاسۡلُكِىۡ سُبُلَ رَبِّكِ ذُلُلاً‌ ؕ يَخۡرُجُ مِنۡۢ بُطُوۡنِهَا شَرَابٌ مُّخۡتَلِفٌ اَلۡوٰنُهٗ فِيۡهِ شِفَآءٌ لِّلنَّاسِ‌ؕ اِنَّ فِىۡ ذٰلِكَ لَاَيَةً لِّقَوۡمٍ يَّتَفَكَّرُوۡنَ‏ 
— Transliteration
Thumma kulee min kulli aththamaratifaslukee subula rabbiki thululan yakhruju min butoonihasharabun mukhtalifun alwanuhu feehi shifaonlinnasi inna fee thalika laayatanliqawmin yatafakkaroon

Urdu —
پس تو ہر قسم کے پھلوں سے رس چوسا کر پھر اپنے رب کے (سمجھائے ہوئے) راستوں پر (جو ان پھلوں اور پھولوں تک جاتے ہیں جن سے تو نے رس چوسنا ہے، دوسری مکھیوں کے لئے بھی) آسانی فراہم کرتے ہوئے چلا کر، ان کے شکموں سے ایک پینے کی چیز نکلتی ہے (وہ شہد ہے) جس کے رنگ جداگانہ ہوتے ہیں، اس میں لوگوں کے لئے شفا ہے، بیشک اس میں غور و فکر کرنے والوں کے لئے نشانی ہے
— English
Then eat from all the fruits and follow the ways of your Lord laid down [for you]." There emerges from their bellies a drink, varying in colors, in which there is healing for people. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who give thought.
Taa-HaaTaa-Haa020surahطٰہٰ

وَلَا تَمُدَّنَّ عَيۡنَيۡكَ اِلٰى مَا مَتَّعۡنَا بِهٖۤ اَزۡوَاجًا مِّنۡهُمۡ زَهۡرَةَ الۡحَيٰوةِ الدُّنۡيَا  ۙ لِنَفۡتِنَهُمۡ فِيۡهِ‌ؕ وَرِزۡقُ رَبِّكَ خَيۡرٌ وَّاَبۡقٰى‏ 
— Transliteration
Wala tamuddanna AAaynayka ilama mattaAAna bihi azwajan minhum zahrata alhayatiaddunya linaftinahum feehi warizqu rabbika khayrunwaabqa

And (the) provision
اور رزق
rabbika
(of) your Lord
تیرے رب کا
khayrun
(is) better
بہتر ہے
wa-abqā
and more lasting
اور زیادہ باقی رہنے والا ہے
Urdu —
اور آپ دنیوی زندگی میں زیب و آرائش کی ان چیزوں کی طرف حیرت و تعجب کی نگاہ نہ فرمائیں جو ہم نے (کافر دنیاداروں کے) بعض طبقات کو (عارضی) لطف اندوزی کے لئے دے رکھی ہیں تاکہ ہم ان (ہی چیزوں) میں ان کے لئے فتنہ پیدا کر دیں، اور آپ کے رب کی (اخروی) عطا بہتر اور ہمیشہ باقی رہنے والی ہے
— English
And do not extend your eyes toward that by which We have given enjoyment to [some] categories of them, [its being but] the splendor of worldly life by which We test them. And the provision of your Lord is better and more enduring.

Fa-itha inshaqqati assamaofakanat wardatan kaddihan

پھر جب آسمان پھٹ جائیں گے اور جلے ہوئے تیل (یا سرخ چمڑے) کی طرح گلابی ہو جائیں گےo

And when the heaven is split open and becomes rose-colored like oil -
