وَاَنۡزَلَ الَّذِيۡنَ ظَاهَرُوۡهُمۡ مِّنۡ اَهۡلِ الۡكِتٰبِ مِنۡ صَيَاصِيۡهِمۡ وَقَذَفَ فِىۡ قُلُوۡبِهِمُ الرُّعۡبَ فَرِيۡقًا تَقۡتُلُوۡنَ وَتَاۡسِرُوۡنَ فَرِيۡقًاۚ‏ 

Waanzala allatheena thaharoohummin ahli alkitabi min sayaseehim waqathafafee quloobihimu arruAAba fareeqan taqtuloona wata/siroonafareeqa

اور (بنو قُرَیظہ کے) جن اہلِ کتاب نے ان (کافروں) کی مدد کی تھی اﷲ نے انہیں (بھی) ان کے قلعوں سے اتار دیا اور ان کے دلوں میں (اسلام کا) رعب ڈال دیا، تم (ان میں سے) ایک گروہ کو (ان کے جنگی جرائم کی پاداش میں) قتل کرتے ہو اور ایک گروہ کو جنگی قیدی بناتے ہو

And He brought down those who supported them among the People of the Scripture from their fortresses and cast terror into their hearts [so that] a party you killed, and you took captive a party.

هُوَ الَّذِىۡۤ اَخۡرَجَ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا مِنۡ اَهۡلِ الۡكِتٰبِ مِنۡ دِيَارِهِمۡ لِاَوَّلِ الۡحَشۡرِ‌ؔؕ مَا ظَنَنۡتُمۡ اَنۡ يَّخۡرُجُوۡا‌ وَظَنُّوۡۤا اَنَّهُمۡ مَّانِعَتُهُمۡ حُصُوۡنُهُمۡ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ فَاَتٰٮهُمُ اللّٰهُ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ لَمۡ يَحۡتَسِبُوۡا وَقَذَفَ فِىۡ قُلُوۡبِهِمُ الرُّعۡبَ يُخۡرِبُوۡنَ بُيُوۡتَهُمۡ بِاَيۡدِيۡهِمۡ وَاَيۡدِىۡ الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ فَاعۡتَبِرُوۡا يٰۤاُولِىۡ الۡاَبۡصَارِ‌‏ 

Huwa allathee akhraja allatheenakafaroo min ahli alkitabi min diyarihim li-awwalialhashri ma thanantum an yakhrujoo wathannooannahum maniAAatuhum husoonuhum mina Allahifaatahumu Allahu min haythu lam yahtasiboowaqathafa fee quloobihimu arruAAba yukhriboonabuyootahum bi-aydeehim waaydee almu/mineena faAAtabiroo yaolee al-absar

پس عبرت پکڑو

Urdu —
وہی ہے جس نے اُن کافر کتابیوں کو (یعنی بنو نضیر کو) پہلی جلاوطنی میں گھروں سے (جمع کر کے مدینہ سے شام کی طرف) نکال دیا۔ تمہیں یہ گمان (بھی) نہ تھا کہ وہ نکل جائیں گے اور انہیں یہ گمان تھا کہ اُن کے مضبوط قلعے انہیں اللہ (کی گرفت) سے بچا لیں گے پھر اللہ (کے عذاب) نے اُن کو وہاں سے آلیا جہاں سے وہ گمان (بھی) نہ کرسکتے تھے اور اس (اللہ) نے اُن کے دلوں میں رعب و دبدبہ ڈال دیا وہ اپنے گھروں کو اپنے ہاتھوں اور اہلِ ایمان کے ہاتھوں ویران کر رہے تھے۔ پس اے دیدۂ بینا والو! (اس سے) عبرت حاصل کروo

It is He who expelled the ones who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think they would leave, and they thought that their fortresses would protect them from Allah; but [the decree of] Allah came upon them from where they had not expected, and He cast terror into their hearts [so] they destroyed their houses by their [own] hands and the hands of the believers. So take warning, O people of vision.
