hagar

Hagar (Hajjar) is mentioned in the Quran as the mother of Prophet Ismail (Ishmael) and a symbol of faith and perseverance. Although not named directly, her story is implied in the context of Prophet Ibrahim’s (Abraham) journey to Mecca. The Quran highlights her trust in Allah during her time of hardship in the desert, where she was provided with the well of Zamzam. This serves as a reminder of Allah’s mercy and the importance of reliance on Him. The Quran’s teachings on Hagar inspire believers to remain steadfast in faith and to trust in Allah’s plan.

Indeed, as-Safa and al-Marwah are among the symbols of Allah. So whoever makes Hajj to the House or performs 'umrah - there is no blame upon him for walking between them. And whoever volunteers good - then indeed, Allah is appreciative and Knowing.
