اِنَّاۤ اَوۡحَيۡنَاۤ اِلَيۡكَ كَمَاۤ اَوۡحَيۡنَاۤ اِلٰى نُوۡحٍ وَّالنَّبِيّٖنَ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِهٖ‌ۚ وَاَوۡحَيۡنَاۤ اِلٰٓى اِبۡرٰهِيۡمَ وَاِسۡمٰعِيۡلَ وَاِسۡحٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوۡبَ وَالۡاَسۡبَاطِ وَعِيۡسٰى وَاَيُّوۡبَ وَيُوۡنُسَ وَهٰرُوۡنَ وَسُلَيۡمٰنَ‌ۚ وَاٰتَيۡنَا دَاوٗدَ زَبُوۡرًا‌ۚ‏ 
— Transliteration
Inna awhayna ilaykakama awhayna ila noohin wannabiyyeenamin baAAdihi waawhayna ila ibraheemawa-ismaAAeela wa-ishaqa wayaAAqooba wal-asbatiwaAAeesa waayyooba wayoonusa waharoona wasulaymanawaatayna dawooda zaboora

Urdu —
(اے حبیب!) بیشک ہم نے آپ کی طرف (اُسی طرح) وحی بھیجی ہے جیسے ہم نے نوح (علیہ السلام) کی طرف اور ان کے بعد (دوسرے) پیغمبروں کی طرف بھیجی تھی۔ اور ہم نے ابراہیم و اسماعیل اور اسحاق و یعقوب اور (ان کی) اولاد اور عیسٰی اور ایوب اور یونس اور ہارون اور سلیمان (علیھم السلام) کی طرف (بھی) وحی فرمائی، اور ہم نے داؤد (علیہ السلام) کو (بھی) زبور عطا کی تھیo

Indeed, We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him. And we revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, the Descendants, Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and Solomon, and to David We gave the book [of Psalms].

وَوَهَبۡنَا لَهٗۤ اِسۡحٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوۡبَ‌ؕ كُلاًّ هَدَيۡنَا‌ۚ وَنُوۡحًا هَدَيۡنَا مِنۡ قَبۡلُ‌ وَمِنۡ ذُرِّيَّتِهٖ دَاوٗدَ وَسُلَيۡمٰنَ وَاَيُّوۡبَ وَيُوۡسُفَ وَمُوۡسٰى وَهٰرُوۡنَ‌ؕ وَكَذٰلِكَ نَجۡزِىۡ الۡمُحۡسِنِيۡنَۙ‏ 
— Transliteration
Wawahabna lahu ishaqawayaAAqooba kullan hadayna wanoohan hadaynamin qablu wamin thurriyyatihi dawooda wasulaymanawaayyooba wayoosufa wamoosa waharoona wakathalikanajzee almuhsineen

his descendents
اولاد میں سے
dāwūda
Dawood
داؤد
wasulaymāna
and Sulaiman
اور سلیمان
wa-ayyūba
and Ayub
اور ایوب
wayūsufa
and Yusuf
اور یوسف
wamūsā
and Musa
اور موسیٰ
wahārūna
and Harun.
اور ہارون
wakadhālika
And thus
اور اسی طرح
najzī
We reward
ہم جزادیتے ہیں
l-muḥ'sinīna
the good-doers
احسان کرنے والوں کو
Urdu —
اور ہم نے ان (ابراہیم علیہ السلام) کو اسحاق اور یعقوب (بیٹا اور پوتا علیھما السلام) عطا کئے، ہم نے (ان) سب کو ہدایت سے نوازا، اور ہم نے (ان سے) پہلے نوح (علیہ السلام) کو (بھی) ہدایت سے نوازا تھا اور ان کی اولاد میں سے داؤد اور سلیمان اور ایوب اور یوسف اور موسٰی اور ہارون (علیھم السلام کو بھی ہدایت عطا فرمائی تھی)، اور ہم اسی طرح نیکو کاروں کو جزا دیا کرتے ہیں
— English
And We gave to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob - all [of them] We guided. And Noah, We guided before; and among his descendants, David and Solomon and Job and Joseph and Moses and Aaron. Thus do We reward the doers of good.

وَاَيُّوۡبَ اِذۡ نَادٰى رَبَّهٗۤ اَنِّىۡ مَسَّنِىَ الضُّرُّ وَاَنۡتَ اَرۡحَمُ الرّٰحِمِيۡنَ‌ ۖ‌ۚ‏ 
— Transliteration
Waayyooba ith nadarabbahu annee massaniya addurru waanta arhamuarrahimeen

wa-ayyūba
And Ayub,
اور ایوب کو
idh
when
جب
nādā
he called
اس نے پکارا
rabbahu
(to) his Lord
اپنے رب کو
annī
"Indeed, [I]
کہ بیشک میں
massaniya
has touched me
چھو لیا مجھے
l-ḍuru
the adversity
تکلیف نے
wa-anta
and You
اور تو
arḥamu
(are) Most Merciful
سب سے بڑھ کر رحم کرنے والا ہے
l-rāḥimīna
(of) the Merciful
رحم کرنے والوں میں سے
Urdu —
اور ایوب (علیہ السلام کا قصّہ یاد کریں) جب انہوں نے اپنے رب کو پکارا کہ مجھے تکلیف چھو رہی ہے اور تو سب رحم کرنے والوں سے بڑھ کر مہربان ہے

And [mention] Job, when he called to his Lord, "Indeed, adversity has touched me, and you are the Most Merciful of the merciful."
