وَلَا تَقۡرَبُوۡا مَالَ الۡيَتِيۡمِ اِلَّا بِالَّتِىۡ هِىَ اَحۡسَنُ حَتّٰى يَبۡلُغَ اَشُدَّهٗۚ وَاَوۡفُوۡا الۡكَيۡلَ وَالۡمِيۡزَانَ بِالۡقِسۡطِۚ لَا نُـكَلِّفُ نَفۡسًا اِلَّا وُسۡعَهَاۚ وَاِذَا قُلۡتُمۡ فَاعۡدِلُوۡا وَلَوۡ كَانَ ذَا قُرۡبٰىۚ وَبِعَهۡدِ اللّٰهِ اَوۡفُوۡاؕ ذٰلِكُمۡ وَصّٰٮكُمۡ بِهٖ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَذَكَّرُوۡنَۙ
— Transliteration
Wala taqraboo mala alyateemiilla billatee hiya ahsanu hattayablugha ashuddahu waawfoo alkayla walmeezana bilqistila nukallifu nafsan illa wusAAaha wa-ithaqultum faAAdiloo walaw kana tha qurbawabiAAahdi Allahi awfoo thalikum wassakumbihi laAAallakum tathakkaroon

اور یتیم کے مال کے قریب مت جانا مگر ایسے طریق سے جو بہت ہی پسندیدہ ہو یہاں تک کہ وہ اپنی جوانی کو پہنچ جائے، اور پیمانے اور ترازو (یعنی ناپ اور تول) کو انصاف کے ساتھ پورا کیا کرو۔ ہم کسی شخص کو اس کی طاقت سے زیادہ تکلیف نہیں دیتے، اور جب تم (کسی کی نسبت کچھ) کہو تو عدل کرو اگرچہ وہ (تمہارا) قرابت دار ہی ہو، اور اﷲ کے عہد کو پورا کیا کرو، یہی (باتیں) ہیں جن کا اس نے تمہیں تاکیدی حکم دیا ہے تاکہ تم نصیحت قبول کرو

And do not approach the orphan's property except in a way that is best until he reaches maturity. And give full measure and weight in justice. We do not charge any soul except [with that within] its capacity. And when you testify, be just, even if [it concerns] a near relative. And the covenant of Allah fulfill. This has He instructed you that you may remember.

يٰۤاَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ فِىۡ رَيۡبٍ مِّنَ الۡبَعۡثِ فَاِنَّا خَلَقۡنٰكُمۡ مِّنۡ تُرَابٍ ثُمَّ مِنۡ نُّـطۡفَةٍ ثُمَّ مِنۡ عَلَقَةٍ ثُمَّ مِنۡ مُّضۡغَةٍ مُّخَلَّقَةٍ وَّغَيۡرِ مُخَلَّقَةٍ لِّـنُبَيِّنَ لَـكُمۡؕ وَنُقِرُّ فِىۡ الۡاَرۡحَامِ مَا نَشَآءُ اِلٰٓى اَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى ثُمَّ نُخۡرِجُكُمۡ طِفۡلاً ثُمَّ لِتَبۡلُغُوۡۤا اَشُدَّكُمۡۚ وَمِنۡكُمۡ مَّنۡ يُّتَوَفّٰى وَمِنۡكُمۡ مَّنۡ يُّرَدُّ اِلٰٓى اَرۡذَلِ الۡعُمُرِ لِكَيۡلَا يَعۡلَمَ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ عِلۡمٍ شَيْئًا ؕ وَتَرَى الۡاَرۡضَ هَامِدَةً فَاِذَاۤ اَنۡزَلۡنَا عَلَيۡهَا الۡمَآءَ اهۡتَزَّتۡ وَرَبَتۡ وَاَنۡۢبَـتَتۡ مِنۡ كُلِّ زَوۡجٍۢ بَهِيۡجٍ

Ya ayyuha annasuin kuntum fee raybin mina albaAAthi fa-inna khalaqnakummin turabin thumma min nutfatin thumma minAAalaqatin thumma min mudghatin mukhallaqatin waghayrimukhallaqatin linubayyina lakum wanuqirru fee al-arhami manashao ila ajalin musamman thumma nukhrijukum tiflanthumma litablughoo ashuddakum waminkum man yutawaffawaminkum man yuraddu ila arthali alAAumuri likaylayaAAlama min baAAdi AAilmin shay-an watara al-ardahamidatan fa-itha anzalna AAalayhaalmaa ihtazzat warabat waanbatat min kulli zawjin baheej

اے لوگو! اگر تمہیں (مرنے کے بعد) جی اٹھنے میں شک ہے تو (اپنی تخلیق و ارتقاء پر غور کرو کہ) ہم نے تمہاری تخلیق (کی کیمیائی ابتداء) مٹی سے کی پھر (حیاتیاتی ابتداء) ایک تولیدی قطرہ سے پھر (رحم مادر کے اندر جونک کی صورت میں) معلق وجود سے پھر ایک (ایسے) لوتھڑے سے جو دانتوں سے چبایا ہوا لگتا ہے، جس میں بعض اعضاء کی ابتدائی تخلیق نمایاں ہو چکی ہے اور بعض (اعضاء) کی تخلیق ابھی عمل میں نہیں آئی تاکہ ہم تمہارے لئے (اپنی قدرت اور اپنے کلام کی حقانیت) ظاہر کر دیں، اور ہم جسے چاہتے ہیں رحموں میں مقررہ مدت تک ٹھہرائے رکھتے ہیں پھر ہم تمہیں بچہ بنا کر نکالتے ہیں، پھر (تمہاری پرورش کرتے ہیں) تاکہ تم اپنی جوانی کو پہنچ جاؤ، اور تم میں سے وہ بھی ہیں جو (جلد) وفات پا جاتے ہیں اور کچھ وہ ہیں جو نہایت ناکارہ عمر تک لوٹائے جاتے ہیں تاکہ وہ (شخص یہ منظر بھی دیکھ لے کہ) سب کچھ جان لینے کے بعد (اب پھر) کچھ (بھی) نہیں جانتا، اور تو زمین کو بالکل خشک (مُردہ) دیکھتا ہے پھر جب ہم اس پر پانی برسا دیتے ہیں تو اس میں تازگی و شادابی کی جنبش آجاتی ہے اور وہ پھولنے بڑھنے لگتی ہے اور خوش نما نباتات میں سے ہر نوع کے جوڑے اگاتی ہے

O People, if you should be in doubt about the Resurrection, then [consider that] indeed, We created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clinging clot, and then from a lump of flesh, formed and unformed - that We may show you. And We settle in the wombs whom We will for a specified term, then We bring you out as a child, and then [We develop you] that you may reach your [time of] maturity. And among you is he who is taken in [early] death, and among you is he who is returned to the most decrepit [old] age so that he knows, after [once having] knowledge, nothing. And you see the earth barren, but when We send down upon it rain, it quivers and swells and grows [something] of every beautiful kind.

Walamma balagha ashuddahu wastawaataynahu hukman waAAilman wakathalikanajzee almuhsineen

اور جب موسٰی (علیہ السلام) اپنی جوانی کو پہنچ گئے اور (سنِّ) اعتدال پر آگئے تو ہم نے انہیں حکمِ (نبوّت) اور علم و دانش سے نوازا، اور ہم نیکوکاروں کو اسی طرح صلہ دیا کرتے ہیں

And when he attained his full strength and was [mentally] mature, We bestowed upon him judgement and knowledge. And thus do We reward the doers of good.
