وَيَسۡـَٔـلُوۡنَكَ عَنِ الۡمَحِيۡضِ‌ۙ قُلۡ هُوَ اَذًى فَاعۡتَزِلُوۡا النِّسَآءَ فِىۡ الۡمَحِيۡضِ‌ۙ وَلَا تَقۡرَبُوۡهُنَّ حَتّٰى يَطۡهُرۡنَ‌‌ۚ فَاِذَا تَطَهَّرۡنَ فَاۡتُوۡهُنَّ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ اَمَرَكُمُ اللّٰهُ‌ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِيۡنَ وَيُحِبُّ الۡمُتَطَهِّرِيۡنَ‏ 
— Transliteration
Wayas-aloonaka AAani almaheediqul huwa athan faAAtaziloo annisaafee almaheedi wala taqraboohunna hattayathurna fa-itha tatahharna fa/toohunna min haythuamarakumu Allahu inna Allaha yuhibbu attawwabeenawayuhibbu almutatahhireen

بیشک

those who turn in repentance
توبہ کرنے والوں سے

اور محبت رکھتا ہے

those who purify themselves
پاک رہنے والوں سے
Urdu —
اور آپ سے حیض (ایامِ ماہواری) کی نسبت سوال کرتے ہیں، فرما دیں: وہ نجاست ہے، سو تم حیض کے دنوں میں عورتوں سے کنارہ کش رہا کرو، اور جب تک وہ پاک نہ ہو جائیں ان کے قریب نہ جایا کرو، اور جب وہ خوب پاک ہو جائیں تو جس راستے سے اﷲ نے تمہیں اجازت دی ہے ان کے پاس جایا کرو، بیشک اﷲ بہت توبہ کرنے والوں سے محبت فرماتا ہے اور خوب پاکیزگی اختیار کرنے والوں سے محبت فرماتا ہے
— English
And they ask you about menstruation. Say, "It is harm, so keep away from wives during menstruation. And do not approach them until they are pure. And when they have purified themselves, then come to them from where Allah has ordained for you. Indeed, Allah loves those who are constantly repentant and loves those who purify themselves."

وَالّٰٓـىٴِۡ يَٮِٕسۡنَ مِنَ الۡمَحِيۡضِ مِنۡ نِّسَآٮِٕكُمۡ اِنِ ارۡتَبۡتُمۡ فَعِدَّتُهُنَّ ثَلٰثَةُ اَشۡهُرٍ وَّالّٰٓـىٴِۡ لَمۡ يَحِضۡنَ‌ؕ وَاُولَاتُ الۡاَحۡمَالِ اَجَلُهُنَّ اَنۡ يَّضَعۡنَ حَمۡلَهُنَّ‌ؕ وَمَنۡ يَّتَّقِ اللّٰهَ يَجۡعَل لَّهٗ مِنۡ اَمۡرِهٖ یُسْرًا‏ 
— Transliteration
Walla-ee ya-isna mina almaheedimin nisa-ikum ini irtabtum faAAiddatuhunna thalathatuashhurin walla-ee lam yahidna waolatual-ahmali ajaluhunna an yadaAAna hamlahunnawaman yattaqi Allaha yajAAal lahu min amrihi yusra

وہ رکھ دیں

And whoever
اور جو
yattaqi
fears
ڈرے گا

اللہ سے

He will make
وہ کردے گا
lahu
for him
اس کے لیے

سے
amrihi
his affair
اس کے کام میں
yus'ran
ease
آسانی
Urdu —
اور تمہاری عورتوں میں سے جو حیض سے مایوس ہو چکی ہوں اگر تمہیں شک ہو (کہ اُن کی عدّت کیا ہوگی) تو اُن کی عدّت تین مہینے ہے اور وہ عورتیں جنہیں (ابھی) حیض نہیں آیا (ان کی بھی یہی عدّت ہے)، اور حاملہ عورتیں (تو) اُن کی عدّت اُن کا وضعِ حمل ہے، اور جو شخص اللہ سے ڈرتا ہے (تو) وہ اس کے کام میں آسانی فرما دیتا ہےo
— English
And those who no longer expect menstruation among your women - if you doubt, then their period is three months, and [also for] those who have not menstruated. And for those who are pregnant, their term is until they give birth. And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him of his matter ease.
