— Transliteration

WaAAtasimoo bihabliAllahi jameeAAan wala tafarraqoo wathkurooniAAmata Allahi AAalaykum ith kuntum aAAdaanfaallafa bayna quloobikum faasbahtum biniAAmatihiikhwanan wakuntum AAala shafa hufratinmina annari faanqathakum minha kathalikayubayyinu Allahu lakum ayatihi laAAallakumtahtadoon

And hold firmly

Urdu —

اور تم سب مل کر اللہ کی رسی کو مضبوطی سے تھام لو اور تفرقہ مت ڈالو، اور اپنے اوپر اللہ کی اس نعمت کو یاد کرو جب تم (ایک دوسرے کے) دشمن تھے تو اس نے تمہارے دلوں میں الفت پیدا کردی اور تم اس کی نعمت کے باعث آپس میں بھائی بھائی ہوگئے، اور تم (دوزخ کی) آگ کے گڑھے کے کنارے پر(پہنچ چکے) تھے پھر اس نے تمہیں اس گڑھے سے بچا لیا، یوں ہی اللہ تمہارے لئے اپنی نشانیاں کھول کر بیان فرماتا ہے تاکہ تم ہدایت پا جاؤ

— English

And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favor of Allah upon you - when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together and you became, by His favor, brothers. And you were on the edge of a pit of the Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be guided.

— Transliteration

FatawwaAAat lahu nafsuhu qatlaakheehi faqatalahu faasbaha mina alkhasireen

And his soul permitted to him the murder of his brother, so he killed him and became among the losers.

— Transliteration

FabaAAatha Allahu ghuraban yabhathufee al-ardi liyuriyahu kayfa yuwaree saw-ataakheehi qala ya waylata aAAajaztu an akoonamithla hatha alghurabi faowariya saw-ataakhee faasbaha mina annadimeen

پھر اﷲ نے ایک کوّا بھیجا جو زمین کریدنے لگا تاکہ اسے دکھائے کہ وہ اپنے بھائی کی لاش کس طرح چھپائے، (یہ دیکھ کر) اس نے کہا: ہائے افسوس! کیا میں اس کوّے کی مانند بھی نہ ہوسکا کہ اپنے بھائی کی لاش چھپا دیتا، سو وہ پشیمان ہونے والوں میں سے ہوگیا

Then Allah sent a crow searching in the ground to show him how to hide the disgrace of his brother. He said, "O woe to me! Have I failed to be like this crow and hide the body of my brother?" And he became of the regretful.

فَتَرَى الَّذِيۡنَ فِىۡ قُلُوۡبِهِمۡ مَّرَضٌ يُّسَارِعُوۡنَ فِيۡهِمۡ يَقُوۡلُوۡنَ نَخۡشٰٓى اَنۡ تُصِيۡبَـنَا دَآٮِٕرَةٌ‌ ؕ فَعَسَى اللّٰهُ اَنۡ يَّاۡتِىَ بِالۡفَتۡحِ اَوۡ اَمۡرٍ مِّنۡ عِنۡدِهٖ فَيُصۡبِحُوۡا عَلٰى مَاۤ اَسَرُّوۡا فِىۡۤ اَنۡفُسِهِمۡ نٰدِمِيۡنَؕ‏ 

— Transliteration

Fatara allatheena feequloobihim maradun yusariAAoona feehim yaqooloonanakhsha an tuseebana da-iratun faAAasaAllahu an ya/tiya bilfathi aw amrin minAAindihi fayusbihoo AAala ma asarroofee anfusihim nadimeen

ندامت اٹھانے والے۔ شرمسار ہونے والے

Urdu —

سو آپ ایسے لوگوں کو دیکھیں گے جن کے دلوں میں (نفاق اور ذہنوں میں غلامی کی) بیماری ہے کہ وہ ان (یہود و نصارٰی) میں (شامل ہونے کے لئے) دوڑتے ہیں، کہتے ہیں: ہمیں خوف ہے کہ ہم پر کوئی گردش (نہ) آجائے (یعنی ان کے ساتھ ملنے سے شاید ہمیں تحفظ مل جائے)، تو بعید نہیں کہ اﷲ (واقعۃً مسلمانوں کی) فتح لے آئے یا اپنی طرف سے کوئی امر (فتح و کامرانی کا نشان بنا کر بھیج دے) تو یہ لوگ اس (منافقانہ سوچ) پر جسے یہ اپنے دلوں میں چھپائے ہوئے ہیں شرمندہ ہوکر رہ جائیں گے

— English

So you see those in whose hearts is disease hastening into [association with] them, saying, "We are afraid a misfortune may strike us." But perhaps Allah will bring conquest or a decision from Him, and they will become, over what they have been concealing within themselves, regretful.

وَيَقُوۡلُ الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اَهٰٓؤُلَآءِ الَّذِيۡنَ اَقۡسَمُوۡا بِاللّٰهِ جَهۡدَ اَيۡمَانِهِمۡ‌ۙ اِنَّهُمۡ لَمَعَكُمۡ‌ؕ حَبِطَتۡ اَعۡمَالُهُمۡ فَاَصۡبَحُوۡا خٰسِرِيۡنَ‏ 

— Transliteration

Wayaqoolu allatheena amanoo ahaola-iallatheena aqsamoo billahi jahda aymanihiminnahum lamaAAakum habitat aAAmaluhum faasbahookhasireen

اور (اس وقت) ایمان والے یہ کہیں گے کیا یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جنہوں نے بڑے تاکیدی حلف (کی صورت) میں اﷲ کی قَسمیں کھائی تھیں کہ بیشک وہ ضرور تمہارے (ہی) ساتھ ہیں، (مگر) ان کے سارے اعمال اکارت گئے، سو وہ نقصان اٹھانے والے ہوگئے

And those who believe will say, "Are these the ones who swore by Allah their strongest oaths that indeed they were with you?" Their deeds have become worthless, and they have become losers.

وَلَا تَطۡرُدِ الَّذِيۡنَ يَدۡعُوۡنَ رَبَّهُمۡ بِالۡغَدٰوةِ وَالۡعَشِىِّ يُرِيۡدُوۡنَ وَجۡهَهٗ‌ؕ مَا عَلَيۡكَ مِنۡ حِسَابِهِمۡ مِّنۡ شَىۡءٍ وَّمَا مِنۡ حِسَابِكَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ مِّنۡ شَىۡءٍ فَتَطۡرُدَهُمۡ فَتَكُوۡنَ مِنَ الظّٰلِمِيۡنَ‏ 

— Transliteration

Wala tatrudi allatheenayadAAoona rabbahum bilghadati walAAashiyyiyureedoona wajhahu ma AAalayka min hisabihimmin shay-in wama min hisabika AAalayhim minshay-in fatatrudahum fatakoona mina aththalimeen

اور آپ ان (شکستہ دل اور خستہ حال) لوگوں کو (اپنی صحبت و قربت سے) دور نہ کیجئے جو صبح و شام اپنے رب کو صرف اس کی رضا چاہتے ہوئے پکارتے رہتے ہیں، ان کے (عمل و جزا کے) حساب میں سے آپ پر کوئی چیز (واجب) نہیں اور نہ آپ کے حساب میں سے کوئی چیز ان پر (واجب) ہے (اگر) پھر بھی آپ انہیں (اپنے لطف و کرم سے) دور کردیں تو آپ حق تلفی کرنے والوں میں سے ہوجائیں گے (جوآپ کے شایانِ شان نہیں)

And do not send away those who call upon their Lord morning and afternoon, seeking His countenance. Not upon you is anything of their account and not upon them is anything of your account. So were you to send them away, you would [then] be of the wrongdoers.

فَالِقُ الۡاِصۡبَاحِ‌ۚ وَجَعَلَ الَّيۡلَ سَكَنًا وَّالشَّمۡسَ وَالۡقَمَرَ حُسۡبَانًا‌ ؕ ذٰلِكَ تَقۡدِيۡرُ الۡعَزِيۡزِ الۡعَلِيۡمِ‏ 

— Transliteration

Faliqu al-isbahiwajaAAala allayla sakanan washshamsa walqamara husbananthalika taqdeeru alAAazeezi alAAaleem

[He is] the cleaver of daybreak and has made the night for rest and the sun and moon for calculation. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.

Faakhathat-humu arrajfatu faasbahoofee darihim jathimeen

اور اپنے رب کا اپنے دل میں ذکر کیا کرو عاجزی و زاری اور خوف و خستگی سے اور میانہ آواز سے پکار کر بھی، صبح و شام (یادِ حق جاری رکھو) اور غافلوں میں سے نہ ہوجاؤ

And remember your Lord within yourself in humility and in fear without being apparent in speech - in the mornings and the evenings. And do not be among the heedless.

(تب فرشتے) کہنے لگے: اے لوط! ہم آپ کے رب کے بھیجے ہوئے ہیں۔ یہ لوگ تم تک ہرگز نہ پہنچ سکیں گے، پس آپ اپنے گھر والوں کو رات کے کچھ حصہ میں لے کر نکل جائیں اور تم میں سے کوئی مڑ کر (پیچھے) نہ دیکھے مگر اپنی عورت کو (ساتھ نہ لینا)، یقینًا اسے (بھی) وہی (عذاب) پہنچنے والا ہے جو انہیں پہنچے گا۔ بیشک ان (کے عذاب) کا مقررہ وقت صبح (کا) ہے، کیا صبح قریب نہیں ہے

The angels said, "O Lot, indeed we are messengers of your Lord; [therefore], they will never reach you. So set out with your family during a portion of the night and let not any among you look back - except your wife; indeed, she will be struck by that which strikes them. Indeed, their appointment is [for] the morning. Is not the morning near?"

اور جو کوئی (بھی) آسمانوں اور زمین میں ہے وہ تو اﷲ ہی کے لئے سجدہ کرتا ہے (بعض) خوشی سے اور (بعض) مجبوراً اور ان کے سائے (بھی) صبح و شام (اسی کو سجدہ کرتے ہیں، تو پھر ان کافروں نے اﷲ کو چھوڑ کر بتوں کی سجدہ ریزی کیوں شروع کر لی ہے؟)

And to Allah prostrates whoever is within the heavens and the earth, willingly or by compulsion, and their shadows [as well] in the mornings and the afternoons.

Wasbir nafsaka maAAa allatheenayadAAoona rabbahum bilghadati walAAashiyyiyureedoona wajhahu wala taAAdu AAaynaka AAanhumtureedu zeenata alhayati addunya walatutiAA man aghfalna qalbahu AAan thikrinawattabaAAa hawahu wakana amruhu furuta

(اے میرے بندے!) تو اپنے آپ کو ان لوگوں کی سنگت میں جمائے رکھا کر جو صبح و شام اپنے رب کو یاد کرتے ہیں اس کی رضا کے طلب گار رہتے ہیں (اس کی دید کے متمنی اور اس کا مکھڑا تکنے کے آرزو مند ہیں) تیری (محبت اور توجہ کی) نگاہیں ان سے نہ ہٹیں، کیا تو (ان فقیروں سے دھیان ہٹا کر) دنیوی زندگی کی آرائش چاہتا ہے، اور تو اس شخص کی اطاعت (بھی) نہ کر جس کے دل کو ہم نے اپنے ذکر سے غافل کردیا ہے اور وہ اپنی ہوائے نفس کی پیروی کرتا ہے اور اس کا حال حد سے گزر گیا ہے

And keep yourself patient [by being] with those who call upon their Lord in the morning and the evening, seeking His countenance. And let not your eyes pass beyond them, desiring adornments of the worldly life, and do not obey one whose heart We have made heedless of Our remembrance and who follows his desire and whose affair is ever [in] neglect.

It may be that my Lord will give me [something] better than your garden and will send upon it a calamity from the sky, and it will become a smooth, dusty ground,

اور (اس تکبّر کے باعث) اس کے (سارے) پھل (تباہی میں) گھیر لئے گئے تو صبح کو وہ اس پونجی پر جو اس نے اس (باغ کے لگانے) میں خرچ کی تھی کفِ افسوس ملتا رہ گیا اور وہ باغ اپنے چھپروں پر گرا پڑا تھا اور وہ (سراپا حسرت و یاس بن کر) کہہ رہا تھا: ہائے کاش! میں نے اپنے رب کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہ ٹھہرایا ہوتا (اور اپنے اوپر گھمنڈ نہ کیا ہوتا)

And his fruits were encompassed [by ruin], so he began to turn his hands about [in dismay] over what he had spent on it, while it had collapsed upon its trellises, and said, "Oh, I wish I had not associated with my Lord anyone."

Wadrib lahum mathala alhayatiaddunya kama-in anzalnahu mina assama-ifakhtalata bihi nabatu al-ardi faasbahahasheeman tathroohu arriyahu wakanaAllahu AAala kulli shay-in muqtadira

اور آپ انہیں دنیوی زندگی کی مثال (بھی) بیان کیجئے (جو) اس پانی جیسی ہے جسے ہم نے آسمان کی طرف سے اتارا تو اس کے باعث زمین کا سبزہ خوب گھنا ہوگیا پھر وہ سوکھی گھاس کا چورا بن گیا جسے ہوائیں اڑا لے جاتی ہیں، اور اﷲ ہر چیز پر کامل قدرت والا ہے

And present to them the example of the life of this world, [its being] like rain which We send down from the sky, and the vegetation of the earth mingles with it and [then] it becomes dry remnants, scattered by the winds. And Allah is ever, over all things, Perfect in Ability.

فَخَرَجَ عَلٰى قَوۡمِهٖ مِنَ الۡمِحۡرَابِ فَاَوۡحٰٓى اِلَيۡهِمۡ اَنۡ سَبِّحُوۡا بُكۡرَةً وَّعَشِيًّا‏ 

— Transliteration

Fakharaja AAala qawmihi mina almihrabifaawha ilayhim an sabbihoo bukratan waAAashiyya

پھر (زکریا علیہ السلام) حجرۂ عبادت سے نکل کر اپنے لوگوں کے پاس آئے تو ان کی طرف اشارہ کیا (اور سمجھایا) کہ تم صبح و شام (اللہ کی) تسبیح کیا کرو

So he came out to his people from the prayer chamber and signaled to them to exalt [Allah] in the morning and afternoon.

They will not hear therein any ill speech - only [greetings of] peace - and they will have their provision therein, morning and afternoon.

کیا آپ نے نہیں دیکھا کہ اﷲ آسمان کی جانب سے پانی اتارتا ہے تو زمین سرسبز و شاداب ہو جاتی ہے۔ بیشک اﷲ مہربان (اور) بڑا خبردار ہے

Do you not see that Allah has sent down rain from the sky and the earth becomes green? Indeed, Allah is Subtle and Acquainted.

— Transliteration

Allahu nooru assamawatiwal-ardi mathalu noorihi kamishkatin feehamisbahun almisbahu fee zujajatinazzujajatu kaannaha kawkabun durriyyunyooqadu min shajaratin mubarakatin zaytoonatin lasharqiyyatin wala gharbiyyatin yakadu zaytuhayudee-o walaw lam tamsas-hu narun noorun AAalanoorin yahdee Allahu linoorihi man yashao wayadribuAllahu al-amthala linnasi wallahubikulli shay-in AAaleem

اللہ آسمانوں اور زمین کا نور ہے، اس کے نور کی مثال (جو نورِ محمدی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی شکل میں دنیا میں روشن ہے) اس طاق (نما سینۂ اقدس) جیسی ہے جس میں چراغِ (نبوت روشن) ہے؛ (وہ) چراغ، فانوس (قلبِ محمدی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) میں رکھا ہے۔ (یہ) فانوس (نورِ الٰہی کے پرتَو سے اس قدر منور ہے) گویا ایک درخشندہ ستارہ ہے (یہ چراغِ نبوت) جو زیتون کے مبارک درخت سے (یعنی عالم قدس کے بابرکت رابطہ وحی سے یا انبیاء و رسل ہی کے مبارک شجرۂ نبوت سے) روشن ہوا ہے نہ (فقط) شرقی ہے اور نہ غربی (بلکہ اپنے فیضِ نور کی وسعت میں عالم گیر ہے) ۔ ایسا معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ اس کا تیل (خود ہی) چمک رہا ہے اگرچہ ابھی اسے (وحی ربّانی اور معجزاتِ آسمانی کی) آگ نے چھوا بھی نہیں، (وہ) نور کے اوپر نور ہے (یعنی نورِ وجود پر نورِ نبوت گویا وہ ذات دوہرے نور کا پیکر ہے)، اللہ جسے چاہتا ہے اپنے نور (کی معرفت) تک پہنچا دیتا ہے، اور اللہ لوگوں (کی ہدایت) کے لئے مثالیں بیان فرماتا ہے، اور اللہ ہر چیز سے خوب آگاہ ہے

— English

Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The example of His light is like a niche within which is a lamp, the lamp is within glass, the glass as if it were a pearly [white] star lit from [the oil of] a blessed olive tree, neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil would almost glow even if untouched by fire. Light upon light. Allah guides to His light whom He wills. And Allah presents examples for the people, and Allah is Knowing of all things.

[Such niches are] in mosques which Allah has ordered to be raised and that His name be mentioned therein; exalting Him within them in the morning and the evenings

اور موسٰی (علیہ السلام) کی والدہ کا دل (صبر سے) خالی ہوگیا، قریب تھا کہ وہ (اپنی بے قراری کے باعث) اس راز کو ظاہر کردیتیں اگر ہم ان کے دل پر صبر و سکون کی قوّت نہ اتارتے تاکہ وہ (وعدۂ الٰہی پر) یقین رکھنے والوں میں سے رہیں

And the heart of Moses' mother became empty [of all else]. She was about to disclose [the matter concerning] him had We not bound fast her heart that she would be of the believers.

— Transliteration

Faasbaha fee almadeenati kha-ifanyataraqqabu fa-itha allathee istansarahu bil-amsiyastasrikhuhu qala lahu moosa innakalaghawiyyun mubeen

پس موسٰی (علیہ السلام) نے اس شہر میں ڈرتے ہوئے صبح کی اس انتظار میں (کہ اب کیا ہوگا؟) تو دفعتًہ وہی شخص جس نے آپ سے گزشتہ روز مدد طلب کی تھی آپ کو (دوبارہ) امداد کے لئے پکار رہا ہے تو موسٰی (علیہ السلام) نے اس سے کہا: بیشک تو صریح گمراہ ہے

And he became inside the city fearful and anticipating [exposure], when suddenly the one who sought his help the previous day cried out to him [once again]. Moses said to him, "Indeed, you are an evident, [persistent] deviator."

وَاَصۡبَحَ الَّذِيۡنَ تَمَـنَّوۡا مَكَانَهٗ بِالۡاَمۡسِ يَقُوۡلُوۡنَ وَيۡكَاَنَّ اللّٰهَ يَبۡسُطُ الرِّزۡقَ لِمَنۡ يَّشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهٖ وَيَقۡدِرُ‌ۚ لَوۡلَاۤ اَنۡ مَّنَّ اللّٰهُ عَلَيۡنَا لَخَسَفَ بِنَا‌ؕ وَيۡكَاَنَّهٗ لَا يُفۡلِحُ الۡكٰفِرُوۡنَ‏ 

— Transliteration

Waasbaha allatheenatamannaw makanahu bil-amsi yaqooloona waykaannaAllaha yabsutu arrizqa liman yashaomin AAibadihi wayaqdiru lawla an manna AllahuAAalayna lakhasafa bina waykaannahu la yuflihualkafiroon

اور جو لوگ کل اس کے مقام و مرتبہ کی تمنا کر رہے تھے (اَز رہِ ندامت) کہنے لگے: کتنا عجیب ہے کہ اللہ اپنے بندوں میں سے جس کے لئے چاہتا ہے رزق کشادہ فرماتا اور (جس کے لئے چاہتا ہے) تنگ فرماتا ہے، اگر اللہ نے ہم پر احسان نہ فرمایا ہوتا تو ہمیں (بھی) دھنسا دیتا، ہائے تعجب ہے! (اب معلوم ہوا) کہ کافر نجات نہیں پا سکتے

And those who had wished for his position the previous day began to say, "Oh, how Allah extends provision to whom He wills of His servants and restricts it! If not that Allah had conferred favor on us, He would have caused it to swallow us. Oh, how the disbelievers do not succeed!"

But they denied him, so the earthquake seized them, and they became within their home [corpses] fallen prone.

اور سلیمان (علیہ السلام) کے لئے (ہم نے) ہوا کو (مسخّر کر دیا) جس کی صبح کی مسافت ایک مہینہ کی (راہ) تھی اور اس کی شام کی مسافت (بھی) ایک ماہ کی راہ ہوتی، اور ہم نے اُن کے لئے پگھلے ہوئے تانبے کا چشمہ بہا دیا، اور کچھ جنّات (ان کے تابع کردیئے) تھے جو اُن کے رب کے حکم سے اُن کے سامنے کام کرتے تھے، اور (فرما دیا تھا کہ) ان میں سے جو کوئی ہمارے حکم سے پھرے گا ہم اسے دوزخ کی بھڑکتی آگ کا عذاب چکھائیں گے

— English

And to Solomon [We subjected] the wind - its morning [journey was that of] a month - and its afternoon [journey was that of] a month, and We made flow for him a spring of [liquid] copper. And among the jinn were those who worked for him by the permission of his Lord. And whoever deviated among them from Our command - We will make him taste of the punishment of the Blaze.

The Fire, they are exposed to it morning and evening. And the Day the Hour appears [it will be said], "Make the people of Pharaoh enter the severest punishment."

So be patient, [O Muhammad]. Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth. And ask forgiveness for your sin and exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord in the evening and the morning.

پھر دو دِنوں (یعنی دو مرحلوں) میں سات آسمان بنا دیئے اور ہر سماوی کائنات میں اس کا نظام ودیعت کر دیا اور آسمانِ دنیا کو ہم نے چراغوں (یعنی ستاروں اور سیّاروں) سے آراستہ کر دیا اور محفوظ بھی (تاکہ ایک کا نظام دوسرے میں مداخلت نہ کر سکے)، یہ زبر دست غلبہ (و قوت) والے، بڑے علم والے (رب) کا مقرر کردہ نظام ہے

And He completed them as seven heavens within two days and inspired in each heaven its command. And We adorned the nearest heaven with lamps and as protection. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.

And that was your assumption which you assumed about your Lord. It has brought you to ruin, and you have become among the losers."

Destroying everything by command of its Lord. And they became so that nothing was seen [of them] except their dwellings. Thus do We recompense the criminal people.

Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooin jaakum fasiqun binaba-in fatabayyanoo an tuseebooqawman bijahalatin fatusbihoo AAala mafaAAaltum nadimeen

اے ایمان والو! اگر تمہارے پاس کوئی فاسق (شخص) کوئی خبر لائے تو خوب تحقیق کر لیا کرو (ایسا نہ ہو) کہ تم کسی قوم کو لاعلمی میں (ناحق) تکلیف پہنچا بیٹھو، پھر تم اپنے کئے پر پچھتاتے رہ جاؤo

O you who have believed, if there comes to you a disobedient one with information, investigate, lest you harm a people out of ignorance and become, over what you have done, regretful.

— Transliteration

اے ایمان والو! تم اللہ کے مددگار بن جاؤ جیسا کہ عیسٰی ابن مریم (علیہما السلام) نے (اپنے) حواریوں سے کہا تھا: اللہ کی (راہ کی) طرف میرے مددگار کون ہیں؟ حواریوں نے کہا: ہم اللہ کے مددگار ہیں۔ پس بنی اسرائیل کا ایک گروہ ایمان لے آیا اور دوسرا گروہ کافر ہوگیا، سو ہم نے اُن لوگوں کی جو ایمان لے آئے تھے اُن کے دشمنوں پر مدد فرمائی پس وہ غالب ہوگئےo

O you who have believed, be supporters of Allah, as when Jesus, the son of Mary, said to the disciples, "Who are my supporters for Allah?" The disciples said, "We are supporters of Allah." And a faction of the Children of Israel believed and a faction disbelieved. So We supported those who believed against their enemy, and they became dominant.

اور بے شک ہم نے سب سے قریبی آسمانی کائنات کو (ستاروں، سیاروں، دیگر خلائی کرّوں اور ذرّوں کی شکل میں) چراغوں سے مزیّن فرما دیا ہے، اور ہم نے ان (ہی میں سے بعض) کو شیطانوں (یعنی سرکش قوتوں) کو مار بھگانے (یعنی ان کے منفی اَثرات ختم کرنے) کا ذریعہ (بھی) بنایا ہے، اور ہم نے ان (شیطانوں) کے لئے دہکتی آگ کا عذاب تیار کر رکھا ہےo

And We have certainly beautified the nearest heaven with stars and have made [from] them what is thrown at the devils and have prepared for them the punishment of the Blaze.
