وَفِىۡ الۡاَرۡضِ قِطَعٌ مُّتَجٰوِرٰتٌ وَّجَنّٰتٌ مِّنۡ اَعۡنَابٍ وَّزَرۡعٌ وَّنَخِيۡلٌ صِنۡوَانٌ وَّغَيۡرُ صِنۡوَانٍ يُّسۡقٰى بِمَآءٍ وَّاحِدٍ وَنُفَضِّلُ بَعۡضَهَا عَلٰى بَعۡضٍ فِىۡ الۡاُكُلِ‌ؕ اِنَّ فِىۡ ذٰلِكَ لَاَيٰتٍ لِّـقَوۡمٍ يَّعۡقِلُوۡنَ‏ 
— Transliteration
Wafee al-ardi qitaAAun mutajawiratunwajannatun min aAAnabin wazarAAun wanakheelun sinwanunwaghayru sinwanin yusqa bima-in wahidinwanufaddilu baAAdaha AAala baAAdinfee alokuli inna fee thalika laayatinliqawmin yaAAqiloon

جو عقل سے کام لیتی ہو
Urdu —
اور زمین میں (مختلف قسم کے) قطعات ہیں جو ایک دوسرے کے قریب ہیں اور انگوروں کے باغات ہیں اور کھیتیاں ہیں اور کھجور کے درخت ہیں، جھنڈدار اور بغیر جھنڈ کے، ان (سب) کو ایک ہی پانی سے سیراب کیا جاتا ہے، اور (اس کے باوجود) ہم ذائقہ میں بعض کو بعض پر فضیلت بخشتے ہیں، بیشک اس میں عقل مندوں کے لئے (بڑی) نشانیاں ہیں
— English
And within the land are neighboring plots and gardens of grapevines and crops and palm trees, [growing] several from a root or otherwise, watered with one water; but We make some of them exceed others in [quality of] fruit. Indeed in that are signs for a people who reason.
