فَاِذَا قَضَيۡتُمۡ مَّنَاسِكَکُمۡ فَاذۡکُرُوۡا اللّٰهَ كَذِكۡرِكُمۡ اٰبَآءَکُمۡ اَوۡ اَشَدَّ ذِکۡرًاؕ فَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنۡ يَّقُوۡلُ رَبَّنَآ اٰتِنَا فِىۡ الدُّنۡيَا وَمَا لَهٗ فِىۡ الۡاٰخِرَةِ مِنۡ خَلَاقٍ
— Transliteration
Fa-itha qadaytum manasikakumfathkuroo Allaha kathikrikum abaakumaw ashadda thikran famina annasi manyaqoolu rabbana atina fee addunyawama lahu fee al-akhirati min khalaq

پھر جب تم اپنے حج کے ارکان پورے کر چکو تو (منیٰ میں) اﷲ کا خوب ذکر کیا کرو جیسے تم اپنے باپ دادا کا (بڑے شوق سے) ذکر کرتے ہو یا اس سے بھی زیادہ شدّتِ شوق سے (اﷲ کا) ذکر کیا کرو، پھر لوگوں میں سے کچھ ایسے بھی ہیں جو کہتے ہیں: اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں دنیا میں (ہی) عطا کر دے اور ایسے شخص کے لئے آخرت میں کوئی حصہ نہیں ہے

And when you have completed your rites, remember Allah like your [previous] remembrance of your fathers or with [much] greater remembrance. And among the people is he who says, "Our Lord, give us in this world," and he will have in the Hereafter no share.

Waqaloo ma fee butoonihathihi al-anAAami khalisatun lithukoorinawamuharramun AAala azwajina wa-inyakun maytatan fahum feehi shurakao sayajzeehim wasfahuminnahu hakeemun AAaleem

اور (یہ بھی) کہتے ہیں کہ جو (بچہ) ان چوپایوں کے پیٹ میں ہے وہ ہمارے مَردوں کے لئے مخصوص ہے اور ہماری عورتوں پر حرام کر دیا گیا ہے، اور اگر وہ (بچہ) مرا ہوا (پیدا) ہو تو وہ (مرد اور عورتیں) سب اس میں شریک ہوتے ہیں، عنقریب وہ انہیں ان کی (من گھڑت) باتوں کی سزا دے گا، بیشک وہ بڑی حکمت والا خوب جاننے والا ہے

And they say, "What is in the bellies of these animals is exclusively for our males and forbidden to our females. But if it is [born] dead, then all of them have shares therein." He will punish them for their description. Indeed, He is Wise and Knowing.

Wastafziz mani istataAAtaminhum bisawtika waajlib AAalayhim bikhaylika warajlikawasharik-hum fee al-amwali wal-awladiwaAAidhum wama yaAAiduhumu ashshaytanu illaghuroora

اور جس پر بھی تیرا بس چل سکتا ہے تو (اسے) اپنی آواز سے ڈگمگا لے اور ان پر اپنی (فوج کے) سوار اور پیادہ دستوں کو چڑھا دے اور ان کے مال و اولاد میں ان کا شریک بن جا اور ان سے (جھوٹے) وعدے کر، اور ان سے شیطان دھوکہ و فریب کے سوا (کوئی) وعدہ نہیں کرتا

And incite [to senselessness] whoever you can among them with your voice and assault them with your horses and foot soldiers and become a partner in their wealth and their children and promise them." But Satan does not promise them except delusion.

موسٰی (علیہ السلام) نے ان (جادوگروں) سے فرمایا: تم پر افسوس (خبردار!) اللہ پر جھوٹا بہتان مت باندھنا ورنہ وہ تمہیں عذاب کے ذریعے تباہ و برباد کردے گا اور واقعی وہ شخص نامراد ہوا جس نے (اللہ پر) بہتان باندھا

Moses said to the magicians summoned by Pharaoh, "Woe to you! Do not invent a lie against Allah or He will exterminate you with a punishment; and he has failed who invents [such falsehood]."
فَتَنَازَعُوۡۤا اَمۡرَهُمۡ بَيۡنَهُمۡ وَاَسَرُّوا النَّجۡوٰى

فرما دیجئے: تم انہیں بلا لو جنہیں تم اللہ کے سوا (معبود) سمجھتے ہو، وہ آسمانوں میں ذرّہ بھر کے مالک نہیں ہیں اور نہ زمین میں، اور نہ ان کی دونوں (زمین و آسمان) میں کوئی شراکت ہے اور نہ ان میں سے کوئی اللہ کا مددگار ہے

Say, [O Muhammad], "Invoke those you claim [as deities] besides Allah." They do not possess an atom's weight [of ability] in the heavens or on the earth, and they do not have therein any partnership [with Him], nor is there for Him from among them any assistant.

Man kana yureedu hartha al-akhiratinazid lahu fee harthihi waman kana yureedu harthaaddunya nu/tihi minha wama lahu feeal-akhirati min naseeb

جو شخص آخرت کی کھیتی چاہتا ہے ہم اُس کے لئے اُس کی کھیتی میں مزید اضافہ فرما دیتے ہیں اور جو شخص دنیا کی کھیتی کا طالب ہوتا ہے (تو) ہم اُس کو اس میں سے کچھ عطا کر دیتے ہیں، پھر اُس کے لئے آخرت میں کچھ حصہ نہیں رہتا

Whoever desires the harvest of the Hereafter - We increase for him in his harvest. And whoever desires the harvest of this world - We give him thereof, but there is not for him in the Hereafter any share.
