FajaAAalna AAaliyaha safilahawaamtarna AAalayhim hijaratan minsijjeel

جی اٹھنے کی

اور بیشک یہ (کفار) اس بستی پر سے گزرے ہیں جس پر بری طرح (پتھروں کی) بارش برسائی گئی تھی، تو کیا یہ اس (تباہ شدہ بستی) کو دیکھتے نہ تھے بلکہ یہ تو (مرنے کے بعد) اٹھائے جانے کی امید ہی نہیں رکھتےo

And they have already come upon the town which was showered with a rain of evil. So have they not seen it? But they are not expecting resurrection.

Walamma jaat rusulunaibraheema bilbushra qaloo innamuhlikoo ahli hathihi alqaryati inna ahlaha kanoothalimeen

Indeed,
کیونکہ

اس کے رہنے والے

ہیں

wrongdoers
ظالم ہوچکے (ہیں)

اور جب ہمارے بھیجے ہوئے (فرشتے) ابراہیم (علیہ السلام) کے پاس خوشخبری لے کر آئے (تو) انہوں نے (ساتھ) یہ (بھی) کہا کہ ہم اس بستی کے مکینوں کو ہلاک کرنے والے ہیں کیونکہ یہاں کے باشندے ظالم ہیں

And when Our messengers came to Abraham with the good tidings, they said, "Indeed, we will destroy the people of that Lot's city. Indeed, its people have been wrongdoers."
