آپ سے شراب اور جوئے کی نسبت سوال کرتے ہیں، فرما دیں: ان دونوں میں بڑا گناہ ہے اور لوگوں کے لئے کچھ (دنیوی) فائدے بھی ہیں مگر ان دونوں کا گناہ ان کے نفع سے بڑھ کر ہے، اور آپ سے یہ بھی پوچھتے ہیں کہ کیا کچھ خرچ کریں؟ فرما دیں: جو ضرورت سے زائد ہے (خرچ کر دو)، اسی طرح اﷲ تمہارے لئے (اپنے) احکام کھول کر بیان فرماتا ہے تاکہ تم غور و فکر کرو

They ask you about wine and gambling. Say, "In them is great sin and [yet, some] benefit for people. But their sin is greater than their benefit." And they ask you what they should spend. Say, "The excess [beyond needs]." Thus Allah makes clear to you the verses [of revelation] that you might give thought.

اور جو لوگ اپنے مال اﷲ کی رضا حاصل کرنے اور اپنے آپ کو (ایمان و اطاعت پر) مضبوط کرنے کے لئے خرچ کرتے ہیں ان کی مثال ایک ایسے باغ کی سی ہے جو اونچی سطح پر ہو اس پر زوردار بارش ہو تو وہ دوگنا پھل لائے، اور اگر اسے زوردار بارش نہ ملے تو (اسے) شبنم (یا ہلکی سی پھوار) بھی کافی ہو، اور اﷲ تمہارے اعمال کو خوب دیکھنے والا ہے

And the example of those who spend their wealth seeking means to the approval of Allah and assuring [reward for] themselves is like a garden on high ground which is hit by a downpour - so it yields its fruits in double. And [even] if it is not hit by a downpour, then a drizzle [is sufficient]. And Allah, of what you do, is Seeing.

اے ایمان والو! ان پاکیزہ کمائیوں میں سے اور اس میں سے جو ہم نے تمہارے لئے زمین سے نکالا ہے (اﷲ کی راہ میں) خرچ کیا کرو اور اس میں سے گندے مال کو (اﷲ کی راہ میں) خرچ کرنے کا ارادہ مت کرو کہ (اگر وہی تمہیں دیا جائے تو) تم خود اسے ہرگز نہ لو سوائے اس کے کہ تم اس میں چشم پوشی کر لو، اور جان لو کہ بیشک اﷲ بے نیاز لائقِ ہر حمد ہے

O you who have believed, spend from the good things which you have earned and from that which We have produced for you from the earth. And do not aim toward the defective therefrom, spending [from that] while you would not take it [yourself] except with closed eyes. And know that Allah is Free of need and Praiseworthy.

Arrijalu qawwamoonaAAala annisa-i bima faddalaAllahu baAAdahum AAala baAAdin wabimaanfaqoo min amwalihim fassalihatu qanitatunhafithatun lilghaybi bima hafithaAllahu wallatee takhafoonanushoozahunna faAAithoohunna wahjuroohunnafee almadajiAAi wadriboohunna fa-in ataAAnakumfala tabghoo AAalayhinna sabeelan inna Allaha kanaAAaliyyan kabeera

مرد عورتوں پر محافظ و منتظِم ہیں اس لئے کہ اللہ نے ان میں سے بعض کو بعض پر فضیلت دی ہے اور اس وجہ سے (بھی) کہ مرد (ان پر) اپنے مال خرچ کرتے ہیں، پس نیک بیویاں اطاعت شعار ہوتی ہیں شوہروں کی عدم موجودگی میں اللہ کی حفاظت کے ساتھ (اپنی عزت کی) حفاظت کرنے والی ہوتی ہیں، اور تمہیں جن عورتوں کی نافرمانی و سرکشی کا اندیشہ ہو تو انہیں نصیحت کرو اور (اگر نہ سمجھیں تو) انہیں خواب گاہوں میں (خود سے) علیحدہ کر دو اور (اگر پھر بھی اصلاح پذیر نہ ہوں تو) انہیں (تادیباً ہلکا سا) مارو، پھر اگر وہ تمہاری فرمانبردار ہو جائیں تو ان پر (ظلم کا) کوئی راستہ تلاش نہ کرو، بیشک اللہ سب سے بلند سب سے بڑا ہے

Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance - [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted and Grand.

يَّسۡتَخۡفُوۡنَ مِنَ النَّاسِ وَلَا يَسۡتَخۡفُوۡنَ مِنَ اللّٰهِ وَهُوَ مَعَهُمۡ اِذۡ يُبَيِّتُوۡنَ مَا لَا يَرۡضٰى مِنَ الۡقَوۡلِؕ وَكَانَ اللّٰهُ بِمَا يَعۡمَلُوۡنَ مُحِيۡطًا
— Transliteration
Yastakhfoona mina annasi walayastakhfoona mina Allahi wahuwa maAAahum ithyubayyitoona ma la yarda mina alqawli wakanaAllahu bima yaAAmaloona muheeta

وہ لوگوں سے (شرماتے ہوئے اپنی دغابازی کو) چھپاتے ہیں اور اللہ سے نہیں شرماتے درآنحالیکہ وہ ان کے ساتھ ہوتا ہے جب وہ رات کو (کسی) ایسی بات سے متعلق (چھپ کر) مشورہ کرتے ہیں جسے اللہ ناپسند فرماتا ہے، اور اللہ جو کچھ وہ کرتے ہیں (اسے) احاطہ کئے ہوئے ہے

They conceal [their evil intentions and deeds] from the people, but they cannot conceal [them] from Allah, and He is with them [in His knowledge] when they spend the night in such as He does not accept of speech. And ever is Allah, of what they do, encompassing.

بیشک کافر لوگ اپنا مال و دولت (اس لئے) خرچ کرتے ہیں کہ (اس کے اثر سے) وہ (لوگوں کو) اللہ (کے دین) کی راہ سے روکیں، سو ابھی وہ اسے خرچ کرتے رہیں گے پھر (یہ خرچ کرنا) ان کے حق میں پچھتاوا (یعنی حسرت و ندامت) بن جائے گا پھر وہ (گرفتِ الٰہی کے ذریعے) مغلوب کر دیئے جائیں گے، اور جن لوگوں نے کفر اپنا لیا ہے وہ دوزخ کی طرف ہانکے جائیں گے

Indeed, those who disbelieve spend their wealth to avert [people] from the way of Allah. So they will spend it; then it will be for them a [source of] regret; then they will be overcome. And those who have disbelieved - unto Hell they will be gathered.

WaaAAiddoo lahum ma istataAAtummin quwwatin wamin ribati alkhayli turhiboona bihiAAaduwwa Allahi waAAaduwwakum waakhareena mindoonihim la taAAlamoonahumu Allahu yaAAlamuhum wamatunfiqoo min shay-in fee sabeeli Allahi yuwaffa ilaykumwaantum la tuthlamoon

اور (اے مسلمانو!) ان کے (مقابلے کے) لئے تم سے جس قدر ہو سکے (ہتھیاروں اور آلاتِ جنگ کی) قوت مہیا کر رکھو اور بندھے ہوئے گھوڑوں کی (کھیپ بھی) اس (دفاعی تیاری) سے تم اللہ کے دشمن اور اپنے دشمن کو ڈراتے رہو اور ان کے سوا دوسروں کو بھی جن (کی چھپی دشمنی) کو تم نہیں جانتے، اللہ انہیں جانتا ہے، اور تم جو کچھ (بھی) اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ کرو گے تمہیں اس کا پورا پورا بدلہ دیا جائے گا اور تم سے ناانصافی نہ کی جائے گی

And prepare against them whatever you are able of power and of steeds of war by which you may terrify the enemy of Allah and your enemy and others besides them whom you do not know [but] whom Allah knows. And whatever you spend in the cause of Allah will be fully repaid to you, and you will not be wronged.

اے ایمان والو! بیشک (اہلِ کتاب کے) اکثر علماء اور درویش، لوگوں کے مال ناحق (طریقے سے) کھاتے ہیں اور اللہ کی راہ سے روکتے ہیں (یعنی لوگوں کے مال سے اپنی تجوریاں بھرتے ہیں اور دینِ حق کی تقویت و اشاعت پر خرچ کئے جانے سے روکتے ہیں)، اور جو لوگ سونا اور چاندی کا ذخیرہ کرتے ہیں اور اسے اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ نہیں کرتے تو انہیں دردناک عذاب کی خبر سنا دیں

O you who have believed, indeed many of the scholars and the monks devour the wealth of people unjustly and avert [them] from the way of Allah. And those who hoard gold and silver and spend it not in the way of Allah - give them tidings of a painful punishment.

And say, "Do [as you will], for Allah will see your deeds, and [so, will] His Messenger and the believers. And you will be returned to the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, and He will inform you of what you used to do."
وَاٰخَرُوۡنَ مُرۡجَوۡنَ لِاَمۡرِ اللّٰهِ اِمَّا يُعَذِّبُهُمۡ وَاِمَّا يَتُوۡبُ عَلَيۡهِمۡؕ وَاللّٰهُ عَلِيۡمٌ حَكِيۡمٌ
— Transliteration
Waakharoona murjawna li-amri Allahiimma yuAAaththibuhum wa-imma yatoobuAAalayhim wallahu AAaleemun hakeem

اور کچھ دوسرے (بھی) ہیں جو اللہ کے (آئندہ) حکم کے لئے مؤخر رکھے گئے ہیں وہ یا تو انہیں عذاب دے گا یا ان کی توبہ قبول فرمالے گا، اور اﷲ خوب جاننے والا بڑی حکمت والا ہے

And [there are] others deferred until the command of Allah - whether He will punish them or whether He will forgive them. And Allah is Knowing and Wise.

Those who criticize the contributors among the believers concerning [their] charities and [criticize] the ones who find nothing [to spend] except their effort, so they ridicule them - Allah will ridicule them, and they will have a painful punishment.

فرما دیجئے: بیشک میرا رب اپنے بندوں میں سے جس کے لئے چاہتا ہے رِزق کشادہ فرما دیتا ہے اور جس کے لئے (چاہتا ہے) تنگ کر دیتا ہے، اور تم (اﷲ کی راہ میں) جو کچھ بھی خرچ کرو گے تو وہ اس کے بدلہ میں اور دے گا اور وہ سب سے بہتر رِزق دینے والا ہے

Say, "Indeed, my Lord extends provision for whom He wills of His servants and restricts [it] for him. But whatever thing you spend [in His cause] - He will compensate it; and He is the best of providers."

— Transliteration
Inna allatheena yatloona kitabaAllahi waaqamoo assalatawaanfaqoo mimma razaqnahum sirran waAAalaniyatanyarjoona tijaratan lan taboor

بیشک جو لوگ اﷲ کی کتاب کی تلاوت کرتے ہیں اور نماز قائم رکھتے ہیں اور جو کچھ ہم نے انہیں عطا کیا ہے اس میں سے خرچ کرتے ہیں، پوشیدہ بھی اور ظاہر بھی، اور ایسی (اُخروی) تجارت کے امیدوار ہیں جو کبھی خسارے میں نہیں ہوگی

Indeed, those who recite the Book of Allah and establish prayer and spend [in His cause] out of what We have provided them, secretly and publicly, [can] expect a profit that will never perish -

وَاِذَا قِيۡلَ لَهُمۡ اَنۡفِقُوۡا مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللّٰهُۙ قَالَ الَّذِيۡنَ كَفَرُوۡا لِلَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اَنُطۡعِمُ مَنۡ لَّوۡ يَشَآءُ اللّٰهُ اَطۡعَمَهٗٓ ۖ اِنۡ اَنۡـتُمۡ اِلَّا فِىۡ ضَلٰلٍ مُّبِيۡنٍ
— Transliteration
Wa-itha qeela lahum anfiqoo mimmarazaqakumu Allahu qala allatheena kafaroolillatheena amanoo anutAAimu man law yashaoAllahu atAAamahu in antum illa fee dalalinmubeen

اور جب اُن سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ تم اس میں سے (راہِ خدا میں) خرچ کرو جو تمہیں اللہ نے عطا کیا ہے تو کافر لوگ ایمان والوں سے کہتے ہیں: کیا ہم اس (غریب) شخص کو کھلائیں جسے اگر اللہ چاہتا تو (خود ہی) کھلا دیتا۔ تم تو کھلی گمراہی میں ہی (مبتلا) ہوگئے ہو

And when it is said to them, "Spend from that which Allah has provided for you," those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Should we feed one whom, if Allah had willed, He would have fed? You are not but in clear error."

وَالَّذِيۡنَ اسۡتَجَابُوۡا لِرَبِّهِمۡ وَاَقَامُوۡا الصَّلٰوةَ وَاَمۡرُهُمۡ شُوۡرٰى بَيۡنَهُمۡ وَمِمَّا رَزَقۡنٰهُمۡ يُنۡفِقُوۡنَۚ
— Transliteration
Wallatheena istajaboolirabbihim waaqamoo assalatawaamruhum shoora baynahum wamimma razaqnahumyunfiqoon

And those who have responded to their lord and established prayer and whose affair is [determined by] consultation among themselves, and from what We have provided them, they spend.

هٰۤاَنۡتُمۡ هٰٓؤُلَآءِ تُدۡعَوۡنَ لِتُنۡفِقُوۡا فِىۡ سَبِيۡلِ اللّٰهِۚ فَمِنۡكُمۡ مَّنۡ يَّبۡخَلُ ۚ وَمَنۡ يَّبۡخَلۡ فَاِنَّمَا يَبۡخَلُ عَنۡ نَّـفۡسِهٖؕ وَاللّٰهُ الۡغَنِىُّ وَاَنۡـتُمُ الۡفُقَرَآءُ ۚ وَاِنۡ تَتَوَلَّوۡا يَسۡتَـبۡدِلۡ قَوۡمًا غَيۡرَكُمۡۙ ثُمَّ لَا يَكُوۡنُوۡۤا اَمۡثَالَـكُم
— Transliteration
Ha antum haola-itudAAawna litunfiqoo fee sabeeli Allahi faminkum manyabkhalu waman yabkhal fa-innama yabkhalu AAan nafsihi wallahualghaniyyu waantumu alfuqarao wa-in tatawallaw yastabdilqawman ghayrakum thumma la yakoonoo amthalakum

یاد رکھو! تم وہ لوگ ہو جنہیں اﷲ کی راہ میں خرچ کرنے کے لئے بلایا جاتا ہے تو تم میں سے بعض ایسے بھی ہیں جو بُخل کرتے ہیں، اور جو کوئی بھی بُخل کرتا ہے وہ محض اپنی جان ہی سے بخل کرتا ہے، اور اﷲ بے نیاز ہے اور تم (سب) محتاج ہو، اور اگر تم (حکمِ الٰہی سے) رُوگردانی کرو گے تو وہ تمہاری جگہ بدل کر دوسری قوم کو لے آئے گا پھر وہ تمہارے جیسے نہ ہوں گےo

Here you are - those invited to spend in the cause of Allah - but among you are those who withhold [out of greed]. And whoever withholds only withholds [benefit] from himself; and Allah is the Free of need, while you are the needy. And if you turn away, He will replace you with another people; then they will not be the likes of you.

Aminoo billahiwarasoolihi waanfiqoo mimma jaAAalakum mustakhlafeenafeehi fallatheena amanoo minkum waanfaqoolahum ajrun kabeer

Believe in Allah and His Messenger and spend out of that in which He has made you successors. For those who have believed among you and spent, there will be a great reward.

— Transliteration
Wama lakum alla tunfiqoo feesabeeli Allahi walillahi meerathu assamawatiwal-ardi la yastawee minkum man anfaqa minqabli alfathi waqatala ola-ika aAAthamudarajatan mina allatheena anfaqoo min baAAdu waqataloowakullan waAAada Allahu alhusna wallahubima taAAmaloona khabeer

اور تمہیں کیا ہوگیا ہے کہ تم اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ نہیں کرتے حالانکہ آسمانوں اور زمین کی ساری ملکیت اللہ ہی کی ہے (تم تو فقط اس مالک کے نائب ہو)، تم میں سے جن لوگوں نے فتحِ (مکّہ) سے پہلے (اللہ کی راہ میں اپنا مال) خرچ کیا اور قتال کیا وہ (اور تم) برابر نہیں ہوسکتے، وہ اُن لوگوں سے درجہ میں بہت بلند ہیں جنہوں نے بعد میں مال خرچ کیا ہے اور قتال کیا ہے، مگر اللہ نے حسنِ آخرت (یعنی جنت) کا وعدہ سب سے فرما دیا ہے، اور اللہ جو کچھ تم کرتے ہو اُن سے خوب آگاہ ہےo

And why do you not spend in the cause of Allah while to Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth? Not equal among you are those who spent before the conquest [of Makkah] and fought [and those who did so after it]. Those are greater in degree than they who spent afterwards and fought. But to all Allah has promised the best [reward]. And Allah, with what you do, is Acquainted.

هُمُ الَّذِيۡنَ يَقُوۡلُوۡنَ لَا تُنۡفِقُوۡا عَلٰى مَنۡ عِنۡدَ رَسُوۡلِ اللّٰهِ حَتّٰى يَنۡفَضُّوۡاؕ وَلِلّٰهِ خَزَآٮِٕنُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ وَلٰـكِنَّ الۡمُنٰفِقِيۡنَ لَا يَفۡقَهُوۡنَ
— Transliteration
Humu allatheena yaqooloona latunfiqoo AAala man AAinda rasooli Allahi hattayanfaddoo walillahi khaza-inu assamawatiwal-ardi walakinna almunafiqeena layafqahoon

(اے حبیبِ مکرّم!) یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جو (آپ سے بُغض و عِناد کی بنا پر) یہ (بھی) کہتے ہیں کہ جو (درویش اور فقراء) رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خدمت میں رہتے ہیں اُن پر خرچ مت کرو (یعنی ان کی مالی اعانت نہ کرو) یہاں تک کہ وہ (سب انہیں چھوڑ کر) بھاگ جائیں (منتشر ہوجائیں)، حالانکہ آسمانوں اور زمین کے سارے خزانے اللہ ہی کے ہیں لیکن منافقین نہیں سمجھتےo

They are the ones who say, "Do not spend on those who are with the Messenger of Allah until they disband." And to Allah belongs the depositories of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites do not understand.

وَاَنۡفِقُوۡا مِنۡ مَّا رَزَقۡنٰكُمۡ مِّنۡ قَبۡلِ اَنۡ يَّاۡتِىَ اَحَدَكُمُ الۡمَوۡتُ فَيَقُوۡلَ رَبِّ لَوۡلَاۤ اَخَّرۡتَنِىۡۤ اِلٰٓى اَجَلٍ قَرِيۡبٍۙ فَاَصَّدَّقَ وَاَكُنۡ مِّنَ الصّٰلِحِيۡنَ
— Transliteration
Waanfiqoo min ma razaqnakummin qabli an ya/tiya ahadakumu almawtu fayaqoola rabbilawla akhkhartanee ila ajalin qareebin faassaddaqawaakun mina assaliheen

اور تم اس (مال) میں سے جو ہم نے تمہیں عطا کیا ہے (اللہ کی راہ میں) خرچ کرو قبل اِس کے کہ تم میں سے کسی کو موت آجائے پھر وہ کہنے لگے: اے میرے رب! تو نے مجھے تھوڑی مدت تک کی مہلت اور کیوں نہ دے دی کہ میں صدقہ و خیرات کرلیتا اور نیکوکاروں میں سے ہو جاتاo

And spend [in the way of Allah] from what We have provided you before death approaches one of you and he says, "My Lord, if only You would delay me for a brief term so I would give charity and be among the righteous."

فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ مَا اسۡتَطَعۡتُمۡ وَاسۡمَعُوۡا وَاَطِيۡعُوۡا وَاَنۡفِقُوۡا خَيۡرًا لِّاَنۡفُسِكُمۡؕ وَمَنۡ يُّوۡقَ شُحَّ نَفۡسِهٖ فَاُولٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ الۡمُفۡلِحُوۡنَ
— Transliteration
Fattaqoo Allaha maistataAAtum wasmaAAoo waateeAAoo waanfiqookhayran li-anfusikum waman yooqa shuhha nafsihi faola-ikahumu almuflihoon

پس تم اللہ سے ڈرتے رہو جس قدر تم سے ہوسکے اور (اُس کے احکام) سنو اور اطاعت کرو اور (اس کی راہ میں) خرچ کرو یہ تمہارے لئے بہتر ہوگا، اور جو اپنے نفس کے بخل سے بچا لیا جائے سو وہی لوگ فلاح پانے والے ہیںo

So fear Allah as much as you are able and listen and obey and spend [in the way of Allah]; it is better for your selves. And whoever is protected from the stinginess of his soul - it is those who will be the successful.

رَّسُوۡلاً يَّتۡلُوۡا عَلَيۡكُمۡ اٰيٰتِ اللّٰهِ مُبَيِّنٰتٍ لِّيُخۡرِجَ الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَعَمِلُوۡا الصّٰلِحٰتِ مِنَ الظُّلُمٰتِ اِلَى النُّوۡرِؕ وَمَنۡ يُّؤۡمِنۡۢ بِاللّٰهِ وَيَعۡمَلۡ صَالِحًـا يُّدۡخِلۡهُ جَنّٰتٍ تَجۡرِىۡ مِنۡ تَحۡتِهَا الۡاَنۡهٰرُ خٰلِدِيۡنَ فِيۡهَاۤ اَبَدًاؕ قَدۡ اَحۡسَنَ اللّٰهُ لَهٗ رِزۡقًا
— Transliteration
Rasoolan yatloo AAalaykum ayatiAllahi mubayyinatin liyukhrija allatheena amanoowaAAamiloo assalihati mina aththulumatiila annoori waman yu/min billahiwayaAAmal salihan yudkhilhu jannatin tajreemin tahtiha al-anharu khalideena feehaabadan qad ahsana Allahu lahu rizqa

(اور) رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو (بھی بھیجا ہے) جو تم پر اللہ کی واضح آیات پڑھ کر سناتے ہیں تاکہ اُن لوگوں کو جو ایمان لائے ہیں اور نیک اعمال کرتے ہیں تاریکیوں سے نکال کر روشنی کی طرف لے جائے، اور جو شخص اللہ پر ایمان رکھتا ہے اور نیک عمل کرتا ہے وہ اسے ان جنتوں میں داخل فرمائے گا جن کے نیچے سے نہریں رواں ہیں وہ ان میں ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہیں، بیشک اللہ نے اُس کے لئے نہایت عمدہ رزق (تیار کر) رکھا ہےo

[He sent] a Messenger [Muhammad] reciting to you the distinct verses of Allah that He may bring out those who believe and do righteous deeds from darknesses into the light. And whoever believes in Allah and does righteousness - He will admit him into gardens beneath which rivers flow to abide therein forever. Allah will have perfected for him a provision.
اَللّٰهُ الَّذِىۡ خَلَقَ سَبۡعَ سَمٰوٰتٍ وَّمِنَ الۡاَرۡضِ مِثۡلَهُنَّؕ يَتَنَزَّلُ الۡاَمۡرُ بَيۡنَهُنَّ لِتَعۡلَمُوۡۤا اَنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ قَدِيۡرٌ ۙ وَّاَنَّ اللّٰهَ قَدۡ اَحَاطَ بِكُلِّ شَىۡءٍ عِلۡمًا
— Transliteration
Allahu allathee khalaqa sabAAasamawatin wamina al-ardi mithlahunnayatanazzalu al-amru baynahunna litaAAlamoo anna AllahaAAala kulli shay-in qadeerun waanna Allaha qad ahatabikulli shay-in AAilma

اللہ (ہی) ہے جس نے سات آسمان پیدا فرمائے اور زمین (کی تشکیل) میں بھی انہی کی مِثل (تہ بہ تہ سات طبقات بنائے)، ان کے درمیان (نظامِ قدرت کی تدبیر کا) امر اترتا رہتا ہے تاکہ تم جان لو کہ اللہ ہر چیز پر بڑا قادر ہے، اور یہ کہ اللہ نے ہر چیز کا اپنے علم سے احاطہ فرما رکھا ہے (یعنی آنے والے زمانوں میں جب سائنسی اکتشافات کامل ہوں گے تو تمہیں اللہ کی قدرت اور علمِ محیط کی عظمت کا اندازہ ہو جائے گا کہ کس طرح اُس نے صدیوں قبل ان حقائق کو تمہارے لئے بیان فرما رکھا ہے)o

It is Allah who has created seven heavens and of the earth, the like of them. [His] command descends among them so you may know that Allah is over all things competent and that Allah has encompassed all things in knowledge.
