يَكَادُ الۡبَرۡقُ يَخۡطَفُ اَبۡصَارَهُمۡؕ كُلَّمَآ اَضَآءَ لَهُمۡ مَّشَوۡا فِيۡهِۙ وَاِذَآ اَظۡلَمَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ قَامُوۡاؕ وَلَوۡ شَآءَ اللّٰهُ لَذَهَبَ بِسَمۡعِهِمۡ وَاَبۡصَارِهِمۡؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ قَدِيۡرٌ

Yakadu albarqu yakhtafu absarahumkullama adaa lahum mashaw feehi wa-itha athlamaAAalayhim qamoo walaw shaa Allahu lathahababisamAAihim waabsarihim inna Allaha AAalakulli shay-in qadeer
Saheeh International (english)
The lightning almost snatches away their sight. Every time it lights [the way] for them, they walk therein; but when darkness comes over them, they stand [still]. And if Allāh had willed, He could have taken away their hearing and their sight. Indeed, Allāh is over all things competent.

and lightning (all but) snatches away their eyesight; every time a flash gives them light, they walk by it; and when darkness falls upon them, they stand still. And if Allah willed, He would certainly take away their hearing and their eyes: surely Allah is powerful to do anything.

Peu s’en faut que l’éclair ne leur ravisse la vue. Chaque fois que celui-ci illumine le ciel, ils progressent à sa lumière, mais s’immobilisent dès qu’ils sont plongés dans l’obscurité. Allah, s’Il le voulait, pourrait les priver de l’ouïe et de la vue. Allah, en vérité, est Omnipotent.

قریب ہے کہ بجلی اچک لے ان کی آنکھیں جب چمکتی ہے ان پر تو چلنے لگے ہیں اس کی روشنی میں اور جب اندھیرا ہوتا ہے تو کھڑے رہ جاتے ہیں اور اگر چاہے اللہ تو لیجائے ان کے کان اور آنکھیں بیشک اللہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے 1

قریب ہے کہ بجلی ان کی نگاہوں کو اچک لے جب بھی ان پر بجلی چمکتی ہے، اس میں وہ چل پڑتے ہیں اور جب ان پر اندھیرا چھا جاتا ہے تو وہ رک جاتے ہیں اور اگر اللہ چاہے تو ان کے کان اور ان کی آنکھوں کو چھین لے اللہ یقیناً ہر چیز پر قادر ہے
