Verse Text & Pronunciation

اُولٰٓٮِٕكَ الَّذِيۡنَ اشۡتَرَوُا الضَّلٰلَةَ بِالۡهُدٰى فَمَا رَبِحَتۡ تِّجَارَتُهُمۡ وَمَا كَانُوۡا مُهۡتَدِيۡنَ‏ 

Ola-ika allatheena ishtarawooaddalalata bilhuda famarabihat tijaratuhum wama kanoomuhtadeen

اُولٰٓٮِٕكَ

u-laa~-i-ka

Those

یہی ہیں

الَّذِيۡنَ

al-la-dhee-na

(are) the ones who

وہ لوگ

اشۡتَرَوُا

ish-ta-ra-woo

bought

جنہوں نے خرید لی

الضَّلٰلَةَ

ad-da-laa-la-ta

[the] astraying

گمراہی

بِالۡهُدٰى

bil-hu-daa

for [the] guidance

بدلے ہدایت کے

فَمَا

fa-maa

So not

تو نہ

رَبِحَتۡ

ra-bi-hat

profited

فائدہ مند ہوئی / فائدہ دیا

تِّجَارَتُهُمۡ

ti-jaa-ra-tu-hum

their commerce

تجارت ان کی نے

وَمَا

wa-maa

and not

اور نہ

كَانُوۡا

kaa-noo

were they

تھے وہ

مُهۡتَدِيۡنَ‏

muh-ta-dee-na

guided-ones

ہدایت پانے والے
